1 cup crunchy peanut butter (smooth works too depending on your preference)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup Peace River Honey
1 cup whipping cream
In a large bowl beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the peanut butter, vanilla, and honey and continue to beat until smooth.
In a separate medium bowl, beat the whipping cream on high until it forms stiff peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Transfer the mixture into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. You can also freeze the pie if you prefer a frozen dessert.
