4 cups Saskatoon Berries
1/2 cup Peace River Honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp flour
1 deep dish pie shell
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)
In a large saucepan, simmer saskatoon berries in water for 10 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and Peace River Honey. Stir in flour.
Pour mixture into bottom pie crust. Place top crust and seal and flute edges.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for an additional 35 – 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
