1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 tbsp worcestershire
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water
1/2 cup Bodacious Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Combine all meatball ingredients in a medium bowl. Shape into 1 1/2 inch diameter meat balls.
Cook meatballs in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until evenly browned and cooked through.
To make the sauce, add Peace River Hot Honey, Bodacious Tomato Ketchup, water, soy sauce and vinegar to a medium sauce pan over medium high heat.
Bring sauce to a boil. While sauce is cooking, prepare a corn starch slurry by combining 2 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water. Add slurry to boiling sauce and stir to thicken.
Pour sauce over meatballs. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce is thick, 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
