1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
5 – 6 cape gooseberries, aka, golden berries
1 small shallot
2 – 3 tsp preserved capers (err on the higher side if you like a brinier taste to your salad)
3 – 4 thin slices of jalapeno, each slivered into half
2 cups mixed spring greens
2 tbsp olive oil & herb marinated olives
2 tbsp olive oil & herb marinated feta chunks
5 – 6 mint leaves
Pinch of flaky sea salt or fleur de sel, to finish
